You can shadow with SCCM, do you have that in your environment? You could always use something free, like TightVNC.

Ah, thinking about it, no it can't. Ignore TightVNC, it won't work for one machine with multiple sessions. I'll look around and get back to you.

Lewis D is right. We have been using intelliadmin for a while to shadow sessions. It is pretty cool since you can pick the sessions from a drop down on the viewer and quickly jump between sessions.
